Women’s Hormone Expert

Privacy Notice

Information about this website and its use.

Who operates these websites

Eternal Springs Management LLC operates Eternal Springs Health, Men's Vitality Expert, Women's Hormone Expert and GLP-1 Expert. This notice describes our website, membership, payment and support information practices. Clinical care is provided through independent licensed clinicians using MD Integrations (MDI).

Information we collect and use

Website requests may include IP address, browser/device information and page requests recorded by our hosting provider. Membership registration collects an email address and authentication information through Netlify Identity. We use membership information to authenticate access, display member services and support accounts.

Where a program offers payment through our website, Stripe processes payment details. Our order system stores account and order identifiers, payment-session references, amounts, payment status and related clinical-case references to coordinate payment and enrollment. Card details are entered into Stripe's payment service; our website order database does not store card numbers. The account email may be supplied to Stripe for checkout and receipts. Our server stores an encrypted clinical-intake link when needed to resume enrollment.

If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond. Do not send medical records, identification documents or passwords in ordinary email. The educational care guide holds choices in page memory and does not create a patient record. Enrollment selections such as program, state, medication-route preference and an optional referral code may be passed to the clinical enrollment service to route your request.

Clinical information and MDI privacy notices

Health questionnaires, identity verification, consent, medical assessment and prescribing are handled in the clinical workflow through MDI and its clinicians. Information submitted there may include contact information, health history and government-identification verification. Clinical records are managed by MDI and the treating providers. Eligible pharmacies receive information needed to fill an authorized prescription.

Please read MDI's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We reference those policies for MDI's services. MDI's general Privacy Policy separately directs patients to the applicable Notice of Privacy Practices for protected health information. Ask your clinical provider for that notice and use the clinical portal for medical-record and clinical-privacy requests. This website notice and the clinical/provider notices apply to the activities each describes.

Sharing and service providers

We use hosting, authentication, database and payment service providers to operate the website and process transactions. These include Netlify and Stripe. Enrollment information is shared with MDI for clinical intake, and authorized clinical or fulfillment information may be shared with the treating provider or pharmacy. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect accounts, investigate fraud or respond to legal claims. We do not sell the website account or order information described here.

Cookies, local storage and security

Authentication and session features use browser storage or cookies. Referral attribution may be stored in your browser for up to 30 days. You can clear browser storage or adjust browser settings; doing so may require signing in again or remove referral attribution. We use HTTPS, authenticated account access and access-controlled server services. These measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention and your choices

We retain account, support and transaction information as needed to provide services, maintain transaction records, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the record and purpose. Clinical-record retention follows the treating provider's applicable requirements. You may request access, correction or deletion of website account information by contacting us; we verify identity and consider applicable legal and record-retention obligations before fulfilling a request. Clinical records and clinical privacy requests should be directed to MDI or your treating provider. Where privacy rights apply in your jurisdiction, you may exercise them through the same contact route.

For website privacy questions or requests, contact Eternal Springs Management LLC at kenny@eternal-springs.com or 626-616-5715. Do not include sensitive medical details in ordinary email. We will post changes to this notice here with an updated date.
